Wake-Serv
Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you browse Wake-Serv, join a product waitlist, create an account, or use a published software service.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Wake-Serv when you access this website or use a service that links to these terms. By using the website or service, you confirm that you can enter this agreement and accept these terms together with any product-specific order, pricing, or policy shown to you.
Website and product information
The public website presents software services, articles, previews, and products at different stages of availability. Descriptions are intended to explain current functionality but are not a guarantee that every preview, roadmap item, beta feature, waitlist offer, or integration will become generally available.
Accounts and credentials
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. You may not share access in a way that bypasses a product plan or access restriction.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website or services unlawfully; probe or bypass security; access another user’s data; disrupt service operation; distribute malware; submit content you do not have the right to use; automate access contrary to published limits; misrepresent identity or affiliation; scrape protected areas; or use the services to infringe privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.
Customer content
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the relevant service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for submitted content.
Subscriptions, prices, and taxes
If a product offers a paid plan, the price, billing interval, included usage, renewal terms, refund rules, and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase or in product-specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, recurring plans continue until cancelled. Changes to future pricing do not retroactively change a completed billing period.
Trials, previews, and waitlists
A trial, preview, beta, or waitlist does not guarantee permanent access, a release date, a specific feature set, or acceptance into a product. Promotional benefits are subject to the conditions presented with the offer and may be limited by time, account, region, or capacity.
Third-party services
Products may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their availability, content, security, and terms are controlled by their operators. You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms and configuring integrations appropriately. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or omissions.
Ownership
The website, service software, branding, design, documentation, and original materials are owned by Wake-Serv or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use a service under these terms, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you. Feedback may be used to improve our services without an obligation to compensate you.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue part of a service to protect security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or improve the product. We aim to give reasonable notice when a material change affects active paid use, where practical.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, articles, previews, and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, a particular commercial result, or that general information is professional legal, financial, or business advice. Mandatory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wake-Serv will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunity, or loss of data arising from use of the website or a service. Any product-specific agreement may state a separate liability cap. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, material breach, or harm to users or the service. You may stop using the public website at any time and may cancel a paid service according to its product-specific instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without excluding mandatory rights that apply in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through the contact address below.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions can be sent to support@wakeserv.com with the relevant product name in the subject line.
