Contact Wake-Serv about a product, support request, partnership, privacy request, or website issue.
General enquiries
Email support@wakeserv.com for questions about Wake-Serv, the public website, an article, or a listed software service. Include the product name when your message relates to a specific service.
Product support
For technical support, include the product name, the account email used with that product, a concise description of what happened, the expected result, and the approximate time of the issue. Screenshots may help, but remove unrelated personal information first.
Privacy requests
Use the subject “Privacy request” for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or consent questions. Identify the relevant product or waitlist and the email address involved. We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request.
Security reports
Use the subject “Security report” for a suspected vulnerability or unauthorized access. Describe the affected product and steps needed to reproduce the issue without accessing, changing, or sharing another person’s data. Do not include passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, payment-card data, or live exploit payloads.
Partnerships and product enquiries
For partnerships, integrations, media, or product availability, explain the organization or audience involved, the product of interest, and the intended use. Waitlist or preview access is not guaranteed until it is confirmed in writing.
What not to send
Never email your password, one-time code, private API key, database credential, full payment-card number, government identifier, or unnecessary sensitive personal information. Wake-Serv will never ask you to disclose a password by email.
Response and records
Messages are reviewed according to subject and urgency. Complex support, privacy, or security matters may require additional verification and investigation. We retain necessary correspondence for support continuity, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.
